If you are a first time pool owner or have owned a pool in the past the HCJ Pool School will benefit you.

HCJ POOL SCHOOL

After your Pool School session you will be comfortable with your system whether you plan on maintaining it or not.  We want you to ensure you understand your pools specific system. So if you do use a pool company for service or need a repair you can have an informed discussion about your pools needs.

What you will learn during Pool School:

  • ​​We will inventory the equipment present, and let you know what you need depending on how you intend to care of the pool (self or use service)
     

  • We will fill out a data sheet specific to your pool so you know what you have when speaking with a pool service company or ordering equipment
     

  • Conduct a full water analysis and explain pool water chemistry and how to maintain it.
     

  • Explain what each equipment component is designed to do.
     

  • Explain what each pipe and valve does.
     

  • How to set up and operate a manual vacuum system.
     

  • How to safely handle and store chemicals.
     

  • Discuss preventative maintenance and what to look for.
     

  • Recommend upgrades.

Virginia beach pool service referral program

  • One gift card per referral: Only one gift card will be awarded for each referral made.

  • Mention your name first: To be eligible for the referral reward, the new customer must mention your name during the scheduling process.

​

  • Limit one per customer referral: We can only issue one gift card per referred customer.

​

  • Reward issuance: Referral rewards will only be issued to the referring person or organization and will not be forwarded to anyone else.

​

  • Completion and payment for service: The referred client must complete and pay for the service for the reward to be issued.

​

  • Program changes or cancellation: We reserve the right to change or cancel the Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Self-referrals not eligible: You cannot refer yourself for the reward program.

​

  • The repair must be made in our service area and a minimum of $400 in service
