Definition of Services

Recurring Cleaning Service (Weekly/Bi-Weekly)

• This service includes 30 - 45 minutes of vacuuming, surface skimming, and brushing side walls. We will also Empty and Clean Skimmer Basket(s), check the filter pressure, check for maximal operation of equipment, and balance chemicals. Cleaning or backwashing filter as done on an as needed basis (DE not included). Cleaning and inspecting salt cells as needed.  A detailed report will be emailed to you upon completion of every cleaning. Green and excessively dirty pools are outside the scope of recurring maintenance and may incur additional costs.

​One-Time Cleaning

• Includes everything that the Recurring Cleaning Service includes. These are handled on a case by case basis, and additional visits may be required.

Pool Opening Service

• This service includes removing and putting away the cover, removing freeze plugs, re-install drain plugs and any ladders and handrails, 30 minutes of surface skimming and scrubbing walls. We will prime and start the pump if the water level allows us to, test and balance water chemistry for a clean clear swimming environment. 

Pool Closing Service

• This service includes adding winter chemistry (billed separately), skim surface and scrub walls, backwash filter or clean and store cartridge, lower water level, and drain all lines. We will also install gizmos, remove ladders and handrails, and install the safety cover. 

Pool Covers

• The service includes the measuring and ordering of a new cover or replacement cover. We will custom fit the cover to your pool and install them when doing the pool closing (servicing outlined above).

Equipment Repairs/Equipment Upgrades

• We offer comprehensive services to ensure your pool functions optimally. We assess and diagnose any faulty equipment, such as pumps, filters, or heaters, and provide expert recommendations for suitable replacements. Installation is handled by skilled technicians, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
