Weekly, biweekly, monthly services include:

  • 30 minutes of vacuuming, surface skimming, and brushing side walls

  • Empty and clean the skimmer basket(s) and the pump strainer basket(s)

  • Clean or backwash the filter as needed - cost of DE not included

  • Check the filter pressure

  • Check the equipment for proper operation and potential leaks

  • Perform water testing

  • Add any required chemicals to balance the pool water -  additional cost

  • Routine cleaning of salt cell as needed 

  • Provided with detailed report of pool’s current condition

*One time cleaning services are available upon request. Princes vary based on condition.

Pool Service Report Emails

At the conclusion of your HCJ Pool Service appointment, you will receive an email summarizing your service with photos that highlight key aspects of the visit. This visual summary includes essential information such as chemical readings and any actions performed during the service, giving you a clear understanding of what was done to maintain your pool. This complimentary feature is provided by HCJ as part of our commitment to transparency and ensuring you stay informed about the care and maintenance of your pool. Repair Referrals

Do you know someone in need of pool repairs? When they schedule their service and mention your name, you'll receive a gift card of your choice as a token of our appreciation. You don't even have to be a client to enjoy this bonus!

  • One gift card per referral: Only one gift card will be awarded for each referral made.

​

  • Mention your name first: To be eligible for the referral reward, the new customer must mention your name during the scheduling process.

​

  • Limit one per customer referral: We can only issue one gift card per referred customer.

​

  • Reward issuance: Referral rewards will only be issued to the referring person or organization and will not be forwarded to anyone else.

​

  • Completion and payment for service: The referred client must complete and pay for the service for the reward to be issued.

​

  • Program changes or cancellation: We reserve the right to change or cancel the Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.

​

  • Self-referrals not eligible: You cannot refer yourself for the reward program.

​

  • The repair must be made in our service area and a minimum of $400 in service
